Motivation Monday: November Goals

November is one of my favorite months of the year because it involves my birthday and Thanksgiving, plus it's the last month before the end of the school year! This November is especially exciting because it's my last full month in my internship, and in college. Just 12 days after November ends, I'll be walking across the graduation stage and receiving my diploma. It's both exciting and terrifying. As of right now, I have no definite plan after graduation, so my anxiety is increasing daily.

My 4 November goals are hopefully going to get me on the right track for my post-graduation life. Hopefully once things settle down, I'll be able to get into a solid routine, and can finally say that I finished 100% of my monthly goals. 1// Pay off debt: I wont put a specific amount, because that's a little too personal for my taste. I've got a number in mind for my own personal benefit, and I'm fairly certain I can exceed that amount drastically (especially with my birthday coming up). Having a credit card is scary sometimes, because it can easily get out of control. Thankfully, I've been 100% successful at paying dues on time and keeping my score in great condition. I'm also eternally grateful that I'll be graduating with no student loan debt.

2// Finish my 1-sentence journal goal: This is part of my 101in1001 goals list, and I've modified it a bit. Instead of doing one sentence a day, I've just decided to journal for 30 days. So far I've journaled 18 times and am really enjoying it. I hate that some days I forget to journal, or get to busy, but that's why I decided to modify the goal. It was unrealistic of me to assume I could journal every single day, but giving myself a goal of 30 entries has helped motivate me, and I write more.  Check out my Pinterest for journal entry prompts if you're thinking about starting your own. 

3// Blog 2x a week: This will be my most difficult task. I love blogging, I really do, but it was so much easier to maintain when it was my main priority and I didn't have to teach, go to class, or focus on other things. I've planned what I want to post for the month of November, and I'm hoping that will keep me on track. In an ideal world, I would post everyday, but right now I can only commit to two times a week- hoping that this changes post-graduation. What types of posts would you like to see in the next month or two?

4// Start the 30 day squat challenge: I did this in 2013 and loved it. I desperately need to get into a better workout routine, and I'm starting with this challenge. Eventually I'd like to start my ab workout routine again, but... baby steps right?
